Try something new! Made from organic cacao nibs roasted along with cardamom pods, anise stars, red peppercorns, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, and other chai spices, this cacao tea can be brewed up like tea or even like coffee, in a French press or melitta cone filter. Add milk and sugar to taste, or enjoy it as is. If brewing as tea, use a heaping teaspoon per 8 ounce cup, and let steep 6-8 minutes. It will look pale, but taste rich. Great with local honey.
