Ingredients: hibiscus, wild cherry bark, ginger, allspice, cloves, cardamom, anise, cinnamon, black peppercorns, coriander, red pepper flakes
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 ounce cup. Steep 3-6 minutes in boiling water. Caffeine free.
