Cosplay Wigs

We sell seriously awesome cosplay wigs.  Our wigs are made of high quality heat-resistant fiber.  The wig caps are big enough to fit most heads, there are lots of nice thick wefts, and the fibers style easily. We wear these for our own cosplay and plan to carry as many styles and colors as we can afford.  Looking for a particular color or style?  Let us know and we’ll do our best to stock it.  We love these and we think you will too.

Hey guys! I’m friends with Emily Lam, and saw you guys at Youma, and I just gotta say, your wigs are amazing!! And it’s unbelievable that they’re all at such an affordable price! I’m going to hopefully purchase one of those short white wigs for my Allen Walker cosplay, probably around Christmas time when I get some money from family!
So yeah, you guys are pretty much amazing :3

Hi! I met you guys at Aki-con and though you guys did a great job offering styled cosplay wigs at reasonable prices. Unfortunately the grey Phantom wig was gone by the time we made our 2nd round. Let us know when you get around to restocking it, my friend and I are both interested!
    Thanks!

Thanks! We have more of the Phantom Loli on order for partway through December, and we’ll definitely make a post about it when it arrives. We did just get a few other ponytail wigs in different colors in stock, so look for photos of them by early next week!

Hi! I bought A riku wig at Youma this year. (I was Zexion at the time) and I most DEFINATELY plan on buying an Italy wig here, and a wig for Canada!

Quick question: What other cons do you sell your wigs at?

    • Jessica Van OortNo Gravatar says:

Thanks for buying the Riku wig from us! Youmacon is one of our favorites, so we’re definitely going to be there every year. We also regularly attend Katsucon in Washington D.C., Zenkaicon in Philadelphia, Anime Boston, Anime Central in Chicago, Colossalcon in Sandusky Ohio, Anime Next in New Jersey, Otakon, and GenCon Indianapolis. This year we’re going to Origins in Columbus Ohio for the first time, and also Anime Expo in Los Angeles. If you know any other shows that are awesome and that we should go to, we do take suggestions!

      • OathkeeperNo Gravatar says:

and C.C. forgot to mention that ^.-”

ANIME CENTRAL! I am going there in 2011! And possibly the greatest con ever is Metrocon in Florida, even though I haven’t gone to it yet. But seriously, its one of the T.O.P. conventions, in my opinion. There is also Animarathon in Bowling Green Ohio, but thats just for one day so *shrugs*

Any chance at Anime Detour in Minneapolis? I’m meeting a ton of Gaia friends there and want to show you guys off. > w <

  7. mel says:

totally love your wigs!!! Can you guys possibly get a Hakumen Style wig?

  8. EmoPandaNo Gravatar says:

would any of your wigs work for the greed verison ling yao from fma?

  9. ShymedusaNo Gravatar says:

my friend is a little concern about her fran wig. we made a email and sent it out maybe around december of jaunary. The email said that we should expect a replay mid febuary but febuary is almost at it’s end. . . . could someone please tell me what’s the status on it OAO?

    • ShymedusaNo Gravatar says:

forget it XD im so sorry I just read the description for the Starlight Usagi Blade Sonata. Indeed the devil is in the details. Again I am so sorry.

  10. Emily BarronNo Gravatar says:

Can I just say that you guys have the most amazing wigs I have ever seen!!! Also at such an affordable cost. Your wigs fit so many different characters!!!I will be attending Zenkaikon 2011 so I plan on buying 2 or 3 wigs.

  11. GizmoNo Gravatar says:

So, I totally saw you guys at Zenkaikon; I bought a Miku wig from you, and I just have to say, I’m completely in love with it. c: I can’t believe how nice the wigs are, and they’re so cheap, too, not the mention the service was good. Heck, you guys even put up with my idiotic questions about wig care. 8D; Bottom line, I think that this is a great shop, and I’m definitely recommending you guys to my friends! Thanks a lot!

  12. GardevoirNo Gravatar says:

Hello! You probably won’t remember me, but I bought an “Ultimate Magical Surprise Package” wig from you guys at Aki-Con this past Fall, which was the closest in color to what I needed for my cosplay, but still not quite right.
We ended up having a conversation about dyeing wigs by submerging them in water with an open Sharpie (or something like that), and I’ve been wondering for a while now if there’s some way to remove color as well? Any other information you might have on altering or styling the wigs would also be very much appreciated!

Thanks for the help (and the wig!)

      Hello!
I have had a little bit of success (though not a lot) soaking one of our wigs in a bleach and water solution for a long time. The wig didn’t appear to lighten though until after it had been soaked for a day, rinsed out and then let to dry. It didn’t lighten a lot, but just a shade or two.

The fiber of our wigs is Hiperlon, so you may find some online tutorials or ideas about techniques to use with that fiber. I imagine there are probably some helpful threads on Cosplay.com or elsewhere that deal with altering heat resistant sythetic fiber. We learned about Sharpie dying from an online thread. I’ve heard some good things about certain wig dyes too, but I’ve never had the opportunity to use one.
Best of luck! If I learn anything more about lightening up a wig I will be sure to forward on that info to you. For now, Google is probably your bff for finding folks more expert in fine tuning and styling.
And if you find out any awesome tips, please let me know too!

=D I’m so happy you guys are coming to AX! I only just recently started getting wigs for cosplay and I know I saw you guys before, but I never really paid any attention, I regret it now. =]

  14. EmoPandaNo Gravatar says:

do you have one that would work for ulquiorra from bleach? or will you be getting one like that?

  15. AlexNo Gravatar says:

Hey Five Wits! Just a silly question but.. how do you determine what wigs go on sale? There’s a particular wig – the Yosh! Princely Hero Type – that I’ve had my eye on, but it’s just out of my reach!

  16. SamanthaNo Gravatar says:

Hi i saw ur booth at Anime Boston and was told that you take commissions and i was wondering if you could tell me how much a wig would cost for a Megapoid named Gumi http://vocaloid.nstars.org/t75-vocaloid-2-gumi-megpoid
I have more detailed pictures i could send but i was also wondering how much it would be with Shipping and Handling

    • JessicaNo Gravatar says:

Aha! We just ordered that wig. We’ll have it in stock in about two or three weeks. At a guess, it will probably be the same price as our medium wigs, $35, and certainly not more. Shipping within the U.S. and Canada would be about $5, possibly less.

      • SamanthaNo Gravatar says:

Oh thats great!!! :D now do u order them already styled or do u style them yourself if you order them already styled can i get an picture of what theyll look like if you have one???

        • JessicaNo Gravatar says:

We get the wigs pre-styled, so they always come just as pictured on our website. As soon as the Gumi wig arrives we’ll put up photos of it–we won’t have any photos available until we actually get it in hand and can take pics.

  17. Andaaay says:

What form of payment do you guys accept? :3

    • JessicaNo Gravatar says:

We accept Paypal via our website, and we also accept checks and money orders by mail. For checks or money orders, we have to wait until the payment arrives and clears before we can mail the wig you ordered. Hope that helps!

Looking forward to buying your ‘Sharp Shooter Lady Hawk’ wig soon!
(Hopefully in the next month or two, still saving. ^^;;)

    • JessicaNo Gravatar says:

Just FYI, we’ve got limited numbers of that wig left. It’s not really a big seller, but just so you know not to wait too long!

  19. KazukiNo Gravatar says:

Do you have a wig that would work for Lady Ciel version of Ciel from Kuroshitsuji? I don’t mind dying the color darker, but I think the wig you guys currently have does not match the color I’d like (nitpicky about matching the color ^^;) and i’m trying to go for a more grey blue that’s not too dark. But if i had to choose btw the two colors, I’d go for more of a blue.

Hello again~! I was wondering if the Daybreak Loli Ruffle Encounter wig could also work as a wig for Elizabeth from Black Butler. It’s so pretty and I was hoping that it’d be available at AWA along with the Eclipse Ruffle Encounter wig. I’m absolutely in love with your Lolita wigs, they’re so pretty and smooth-looking! I might just buy all of them X3

    • AnnieNo Gravatar says:

I just realized that it’s too long for Elizabeth D: Is there anyway you guys could start selling one? :) Preferably with clip-on ponytails but I’m fine with integral too ^_^

      • JessicaNo Gravatar says:

We used to have a wig for Elizabeth but we didn’t like it very much so we discontinued it–it had integral ponytails and the wig cap was smallish making the wig hard to wear. We may be able to get a blond loli wig with shorter pigtails for Elizabeth in the future–let me see what I can do. Is there a particular con you’d need it by? We’re technically not taking new requests for June and July because we’re swamped by con season, but I might be able to swing something. Otherwise, we could for sure get it by fall.

        • AnnieNo Gravatar says:

Well I’ll be attending my first con this late September. It’s AWA Con and it’d be great if there was a way to get the wig in by then ^_^ Thank you~!
