anniversary
One year of comic!
… and eleven days but shhhh it surprised me
Uh… so yeah! Thank you for reading these weird picture-words. You should go read this much better one that I stole the kazoo gag from instead.
whodere
Explaining the title to all three of our non-nerd readers: TV Tropes tells us “The Japanese term tsundere refers to a character who ‘runs hot and cold’, alternating between two distinct moods: tsuntsun (aloof or irritable) and deredere (lovestruck).” Of Doctor Who it says “Seriously, there’s an outrageous amount of running involved.”
I am a newcomer to the Who fandom, having been dragged kicking and screaming “BUT THE ALIENS LOOK REALLY DUMB” into it by Ruth and Jess, who have loved it since they were small. This is about my relationship with the show.
Uh, sorry about the last two late weeks, by the way. First week I was really sick and the second I was… really derp. Thanks for the support, though, and hi to everyone who’s here from Connecticon!
Article
Dr. Jess sometimes runs her ideas aloud in the Geekhaus, thereby elevating the conversation somewhat from our usual piffle.
(Not that cuddling our cats with reassurances of “u cans has cheezeburger. o yes u cans!” is unreasonable discourse.)
Pants!
Ruth maintains a diverse brain-ecosystem of wildly disparate characters.
This is all well and good except for when she talks to them on trains.
Huegcon 1
The beginning of the thrilling saga of a usual convention preparation at The Five Wits. Luckily we’re in the con down season.
For now.
By Any Other Name
And if you think the final names we come up with are ridiculous…
(We’ll have some new wigs up soon! None with these names, sadly.)
Laryngitiscon
I wasn’t joking about Con being my highest score. Ruth and Jess, sadly, are still croaky.
Communication 2
Coming to you live from Youmacon!
The artist is about as coherent as her caricatured counterpart right now which is why she’s trying to use an extended vocabulary to sound smart. Whooooo!
Communication 1
The hapless victims of the last panel can be found here. All titles are entirely accurate.

ComicCon
We were at New York Comic Con/New York Anime Festival last weekend. If you were there too, maybe we saw you. Or maybe not…
Animu 1
We have varying tastes when it comes to anime and manga, as you can see. This is the first comic I did with the new tablet, so :<
Quignogs
Quignogs is a great word. Quignogs quignogs quignogs. (Here is the book, by the way. And wuzzats will be here after they have completed their annual migration.)
Birdy
Gueeeess who just discovered the stroke feature in Photoshop!
(panel three is the scariest face)
Ruth
The comic will now be updating on Thursdays.
Fun facts: which one is Sarah’s character’s uncle?
BOTH OF THEM.
