Happy Holidays
Merry Christmas and /or Happy Average Day to everybody on teh Internet. We hope your day is full of fun and generates stories to tell the survivors for years to come.
We’re looking forward to a big crazy year of excitement and conventions, and hope to see you guys in person somewhere along the way. Thanks to everybody who supported us this year, and made our gypsy existence possible! Without you guys, we would be unable to do what we do. And wow, we love what we do.
We’re working out ideas for January sales, getting together more wig styles, and drafting more webcomics. We hope you’ll like them.

New wigs for Sailor Pluto, Vocaloid Len, and others!
New wigs styles have just appeared! On the long wigs page, you’ll find, by popular request, a wig styled for Sailor Pluto from Sailor Moon.
On the ponytail wigs page, we’ve got three new styles. To round out our rank of Vocaloids, we’ve got a wig for Len. We had a request for Shera Highwind from Final Fantasy Seven, so her wig is here too, and so is a nice blonde curly ponytail wig that would be great for Elizabeth from Black Butler.
Miku, Ciel, and Yoko back in stock!
Some of our ponytail wigs that were out of stock are available again. The wigs for the girl version of Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler, the Vocaloid Miku, and Yoko from Gurren Lagann are back on the site and ready to be purchased. Several other out-of-stock wigs are back, too, so have a look around. We’ll have some more new styles up soon!

Happy Thanksgiving!
Hoping everyone had a great Thanksgiving! We did. Jess read aloud from the new Bujold Vorkosigan book, Jess and Ruth tag teamed dinner and Birdy got the new comic up! We finished up the day by going to see Deathly Hallows. We’ll start a Black Friday through Cyber Monday sale uncomfortably early tomorrow morning, so look for us then, or whenever you recover from turkey or tufurkey hangovers. Happy Holidays!

Ponytail wigs for the holidays!
The Phantom Loli Ruffle Encounter wig has been so popular that we’ve decided to stock similar ponytail wigs in a bunch of new colors! Just in time for the holidays, we’re modeling them with scarves and Christmas lights.
All the ponytail wigs are still at our great low price of $40, which includes the base wig and one or two ponytails, depending on the style of the wig. All the ponytail wigs are now appearing on their own page. Go check it out!
New wigs
Some new wig styles have just become available!
By popular request, the Starkes Schönes Blondes Haar is a swept back, slightly ashy platinum blond short wig that will work great for Germany from Hetalia Axis Powers.
Another short wig, the Mercury Sea Charm Rhapsody, is a little bit longer than our other short blue style, and is ideal for Aqua from Kingdom Hearts.
The Fire Spinning Cross Tattoo is a nice rusty red, slightly below shoulder length, with a layered top. It would work well for General Cross from D Gray Man, Renji from Bleach, Ponyo’s magican dad from Ponyo, and Axel from Kingdom Hearts.
Lots of people have asked for a medium-long bright blue with bangs, so now we have it: the Lucky Gamer Midnight Star.
A lovely green so dark it is almost black, around waist length: Elegant Shadow Evergreen Lock.
And to add to our collection of wigs that work great for Vocaloids, a long lavender wig with a single ponytail: Lavender Song Super Pop.
Kamina and Death the Kid T-shirts

Death the Kid is borrowing Darth Vader’s line, and having his usual bad reaction to asymmetry.
Kamina has taken the role of the Old Spice Man, and is on a horse. You know you want your man to smell like Kamina!
A flock of long wigs
Several new styles just came in! We now have extra long wigs available not just in silver, but also in black, platinum blond, and white. There’s also a long brown braid, a medium length silver that’s just right for Riku, and a short brown that suits nearly half of the boys in anime. Check them out!

A shipment of wigs just arrived, including our popular long teal wig with ponytails, the Vocal Star Dance Disco. If you’ve been waiting to get it, now’s your chance! A few other wigs that were out of stock are also available now, and we have some new styles too which you’ll be seeing appear on the site in the next few days.
New website, new awesome
Check out our shiny new website! All the good stuff you’re used to is still here, and we’ve added a few extra teaspoons of win.
First is the new webcomic, an autobiographical chronicle of our mostly real adventures. That will be served up fresh weekly. Also this space will serve as a blog and comment space, where we can post whenever new wigs arrive, and when new T-shirt designs debut. Maybe we’ll include cheerily incoherent con reports, movie and anime reviews, rants on trying to find the right buttons for cosplays, who knows. It should be fun.
We’ll greatly miss our old guestbook wall and comments, but please use the new clean spaces to tell us what you think, to ask for new wig styles, to suggest T-shirt ideas, or just say hi!
Come back often, because this place should be picking up speed. We just added some new events to our schedule, with our first ever convention on the West coast (AkiCon) , and a trip south to Anime Weekend Atlanta.
Site redesign!
The Five Wits website is in process of being updated to a nifty new format that is going to keep all the great merchandise (which is probably why you come here!) and have some new features too. During this weekend, August 28-29, there might be a few glitches while we transfer over, so bear with us and check back soon to see what we’ve come up with!
