This shampoo is designed for use on wigs. We’ve tested it on our wigs, and it works fine. Run some cool or lukewarm water into a sink or bowl and add a handful of the shampoo. Mix the shampoo into the water and then add the wig and let it soak for at least 5 minutes. Then take it out and rinse it off. Pat off the excess water with a towel and leave the wig to dry on a wig head. Don’t dry the wig in direct sunlight, and make sure not to comb or brush the wig while it’s wet.

This 8 oz. bottle of conditioner is designed for use on wigs. We’ve tested it on our wigs and it works nicely. After shampooing and rinsing the wig, put a handful of the conditioner into a bowl of water, mix it up, and soak the wig in it. Work the conditioner mixture through the whole wig, and then rinse it off. It leaves the wig smoother and more manageable.

This 8 oz. bottle of spray-on wig detangler can help you keep your long wig looking nice. It’s no substitute for proper care and storing, but if you spray this product on the wig either before wearing, or before detangling with your fingers and with a wide-toothed comb, it can be a big help. We’ve tested it on our wigs. It also smells nice and adds a little shine to the wig.

Bobby pins placed at your temples and at the back of your neck can help your wig stay on. They’re also handy for holding your own hair down under the wig, and for various other styling purposes.

This wire-bristled wig brush is good for brushing a short wig or styling the bangs on a longer wig. For a longer wig, brushing too vigorously with a wire brush will frizz the wig and may pull out some of the fibers. A wide-toothed comb is better to use for a long wig or long ponytails. Always use a different brush or comb for your wig that you don’t use on your own hair, otherwise hair oils will get on your wig.

This wide-toothed plastic comb works well for detangling a long wig, after you’ve gotten the worst of the knots out with your fingers. Tugging with a wire brush can frizz your long wig or pull out some of the fibers, so use a wide-toothed comb gently to give your wig a long life. Always use a separate comb on your wig that isn’t used on your own hair, to avoid transferring hair oils to the wig.

A wig cap helps your wig stay on and keeps your own hair from escaping. This nylon cap stretches to fit most heads. Choose the color that most closely matches the wig you are going to wear.
