We’re Moving!
The Five Wits are soon to be changing location, due to one of us getting a new full-time day job. Don’t worry, we’ll still be selling wigs online, going to conventions, publishing the webcomic, and doing everything we’ve been doing. However, there will be a brief hiatus while the wigs are in the moving truck and getting unpacked, and we’re getting internet hooked up at the new place. All the “add to cart” buttons are going to be disabled at this time, and while you can still email us and talk to us on Facebook we might take a while getting back to you.
In brief: We will not be taking website orders or shipping wigs from Aug 1-approximately Aug 15. The start date may be earlier, depending on how fast the move goes. We’ll keep you posted!

This is the shaggiest of our short black wigs, and the back hair covers the neck more than the other styles. It works well for Tyki Mikk from D-Gray Man, Gamzee Makara from Homestuck (see below), Harry Potter from.. Harry Potter, Gilbert Nightray from Pandora Hearts, and young Walter from Hellsing.

This short, spiky dusty pink wig is great for Natsu from Fairy Tail, and well for Renzo Shima from Blue Exorcist. The fibers average 4″ (10 cm) in length and are swept back from the face above the right eye.

Inevitable Future Pink Moon
LIMITED EDITION!
This pink wig is made up of five parts–a base wig, two ponytail clips, and two odango clips. See the pic below for how the clips work. This is a good wig for Chibi-Usa, or Sailor Chibi Moon, from Sailor Moon. The base wig has two small integral ponytails, and the longer 16″ (40 cm) ponytails clip on over that. Like our other integral ponytail wigs, this one has a tight cap and may not be suitable for larger heads or people with a lot of long hair to fit under the wig.

We’re resuming Canadian shipping!
With the Canada Post strike over, we’ve re-enabled our Canadian shipping option. 
For those of you who told us to hold your order until the strike was over, we’ll have your stuff mailed for sure by the end of the week. Thanks for your patience, and please bear in mind that Canada Post has a giant backlog of stuff to ship now, so your receiving times may be a little slower than usual for a bit.

Shipping delays to Canada
Unfortunately there is a postal strike going on right now in Canada, so we are temporarily unable to ship any orders to our Canadian customers. We’ve disabled Canadian shipping options, and for everyone affected who has ordered in the last week or so, we’ve emailed them to let them know their shipments that have already been sent will be delayed somewhere along the line. We’ve looked into alternate shipping options that don’t involve Canada Post, but FedEx starts around $35, which is too much for most customers to pay. If you are in Canada and have a wig emergency and don’t mind the high shipping cost, feel free to email us at thefivewits@thefivewits.net to set up arrangements. For everyone else, sorry about the bad luck, and as soon as the folks at Canada Post get this sorted out we’ll be up and running again!
