This pink wig is long (22″ (56 cm)) and shaggy at the top, so it can be worn smooth (see photos below) or fluffed up into a Jem from Jem and the Holograms wig.
That photo was taken without use of hairspray, just styled by hand- imagine the 80s havoc this wig could cause with hairspray.

Also, which of your wigs would you recommend for Luka Megurine from Vocaloid? o.o? This one looks like it would work, but I’d probably have to style it first.
