I don’t think this one could neatly be pulled into ponytails as high as hers. You might want to use this wig instead: http://thefivewits.net/2011/09/vocal-superstar-bored-neru/ The ponytails would be shorter than hers, but that also means they’d be more manageable.
Is there any way to get a matching clip in with this to use as a tail? I would be using it for a humanized Lady Rainicorn.

Which Vocaloid wig? The ponytails on the Miku wig are pretty thick. Or do you mean Vocal Sight Glam Cat?

Sheltered Princess is not quite as thick as Vocal Sight. With Vocal Sight we made as thick as we could, while with this wig we were going for as long as was manageable.

It’s heat resistant, however the part is fixed.

It’s fairly thick.
Would this be thick enough to make a braid similar to Rapunzls braid in the movie Tangled?
You can braid this wig, but it’ll just be a normal-width braid. To get a braid as thick as the one Rapunzel had towards the end of the film you’d need to take apart more than one wig for wefts and weave them together into one mega-wig. It can be done, but it’s a lot of work.
